What is Shopperbeats's Return Policy?
Shopperbeats offers a 30-day refund policy for all orders placed through Shopperbeats.com. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, simply contact us for return instructions and a refund. Please note that we can only accept returns for unopened and unused items.
What If I Received a Damaged Product?
While we strive to source the best quality products for our customers, there are instances where products may be damaged during transit. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us. Kindly describe the issue and attach clear photos or videos showing the problem.
How Do I Receive a Refund?
Shopperbeats will issue refunds to the original payment method used for the order. If you paid by credit or debit card, the refund will be credited back to your card. Please allow 5-10 days for the issuing bank to process the refund to your card account.
Please note that we can only refund money to the original payment method, and we cannot issue refunds to a different card, account, or payment method such as bank transfer or check. If your card has been canceled or expired, please contact your bank to arrange for the refund to be directed to your new card or account.
How Long Will It Take to Receive My Refund?
Refunds may take between 5-10 days to process from the time your return request is completed.
